This website
The website uses no cookies, analytics, advertising scripts or forms and collects no personal data. The language is part of the address, not stored in your browser.
The EasyControl software
The software stores its data on the club’s admin computer. Nothing is sent to a cloud service. For customers it stores the name, an optional phone number, visits, payments and the balance. Card data is never stored.
Protection
Operators see phone numbers masked; guest numbers are deleted 30 days after the reservation; customers with a zero balance can be anonymised. Backups are encrypted.
Legislation
Compliance with Georgian personal-data legislation has not yet been assessed by a lawyer. The club, as the data controller, is responsible for informing its customers.
